My Tasting @ the Jefferson Hotel

the royal treatment at the Jefferson Hotel


we started off with 3 full salads, 3 full dinners,
4 bottles of wine, 3 signature cocktails, 3 cake slices...

just between me... and mike...

we are of course, only serving Virginia wine
because Virginia is for Wine Lovers
and why wouldnt we use wine right from Thomas Jefferson's backyard?


Ashton and Rick from marketing/catering really took care of us
and of course, our Chef Patrick, server Stephanie, cake designer Sara and Florist Rick


our favorite part
in addition to the food
was our signature drinks Ashton created for our theme

it is mike and my ABSOLUTE favorite
at the Jefferson's Champagn Brunch
