Many of you already know, WHIO TV is a part of the Cox Media Group in Ohio.
CMGO includes Dayton Daily News and WHIO Radio!
We all share one GIANT Content Room (I mean, MASSIVE) where all the reporters, editors, photographers, etc can shout across the room to share information (if we desire to do so)
Most of us rarely pay attention to what goes around us, do our jobs, then go home without saying goodbye to the entire newsroom.
EXCEPT DOUG.
Meet Dayton Daily News Crime Reporter, Doug Page
Before he heads home,
He stops by every "section" the newsroom to say his Goodbye for the day, in his own style!
He'll say, "Good Night Web Monsters" to our online team
"Good Night Movie People" to the TV News Reporters and Anchors
Some people just know how to bring smiles to people's faces...
Doug is one of them =)
